At launch, platform exclusive items will be rewarded when you play on that platform. When you log-in and play on a platform the reward will be distributed to your in-game mailbox.
Platform exclusives will only be redeemable once per account, as well as, each reward is exclusive to that platform. I.E. you will not be able to use the STEAM kart and skin while playing on PlayStation.
