Note: The steps in this article are for players using Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox to play KartRider: Drift.
To link or unlink your platform account to the Nexon account associated with KartRider: Drift, you will need to use the Account Linking website. You can access the Account Linking menu by going to https://www.nexon.com/kartdrift/en/accountlink or by selecting the “Account Linking” option located at the bottom of the KartRider: Drift website.
Account Linking Steps
- Select the “Log In” button on the Account Linking website.
- Log in to your Nexon account using the login method you signed up with, or create a new Nexon account. (For more information on creating a new Nexon account, see the Support Center article Creating and Verifying a New Account.)
- Once you've logged into your Nexon account, select the "Link" button for the platform you want to link.
- Confirm that you are selecting the right platform and have read through the reference information before proceeding. Once confirmed, click the "Account Linking" button to continue.
- Follow any on-screen instructions to log in to your platform account.
- Once you sign in with your platform account, your Nexon account will be linked.

Important: If your Nexon account and platform account have separate KartRider: Drift game data, you cannot link the two accounts. To preserve your guest account progress, you must create a new Nexon account. |
Account Unlink Steps
- Select the “Log In” button on the Account Linking website.
- Log in to your Nexon account using the login method you signed up with.
- After logging in to your Nexon account, select the "Unlink" button for the platform you wish to disconnect.
- Confirm that you are selecting the right platform and have read through the reference information before proceeding. Once confirmed, click the "Unlink" button to continue.
- Select “OK” to return to the main menu.
